Return & Refund Policy

At Artifol Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the specialized nature of surgical, dental, and medical instruments, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

🔁 Returns

Because our products are medical and professional-use instruments, we do not accept returns for items that have been:

  • Used

  • Sterilized

  • Opened from original packaging

  • Customized or specially ordered

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Item damaged during transit

⏱ Return Request Timeframe

You must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

💰 Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is inspected:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping

  • For approved returns not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Used or sterilized instruments

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Orders returned without prior approval

🛃 Customs & Duties

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and packaging details. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
